Made several improvements to how raw sonar files are marked for reprocessing after times series edits. Editing an external time series like an SBET or tide file will mark all affected raw sonar files for reprocessing. Editing the beginning or end of a single file series may mark adjacent files for reprocessing if they have the Include time series data from adjacent lines setting enabled. Fixed an issue with CRS suggestion when adding processed point files. Projected point files could default to WGS 84, resulting in a project projection of UTM 60N.
